Pre-Arranged Meetings

The One on One meetings allow Buyers and Exhibitors to meet face to face.A Buyer participates in 10+ pre-arranged meetings per day that he has chosen via a matchmaking platform put online by CE Channel.Each One on One lasts 20 minutes with a 10 minute buffer between each meeting slot.

How are meetings between buyers and exhibitors organized? The CE Channel meeting platform ensures that exhibitors can achieve their meeting expectations as much as possible. One month before the show, buyers and exhibitors access to meeting system to send and receive meeting requests, and build up a full diary of appointments.

Appointments Are Set Up In 3 Simple

  1. Send out appointment requests1 month before the show, buyers and exhibitors send appointment requests (the number of requests must be twice as high as their commitment) in order to secure the required number of confirmed meetings.

  2. Accept/ de-cline appointment requests This phase allows each participant to review and respond to all inbound meeting requests. Declined meeting requests are removed from the system, freeing up meeting slots and the opportunity to send out more requests.

  3. Automated scheduling Once steps 1 & 2 have been completed, the system automatically matches the validated meeting requests of the buyers and exhibitors.
